Purpose of the Job:

Create values and contributions to the achievement of HR team targets, with focus on HR Operational Excellence in terms of compensation & benefits and labor relations.

Your Role

C&B Daily Operation

1. Monthly Check C&B payroll data to ensure the accuracy

2. Make C&B related analysis report (overtime, leave, labor cost…)

3. Act as the window to support Q&A in C&B function.

C&B Policy Optimization

1. Understand the company's compensation & benefit policy correctly;

2. Supervise compensation situation of the company to ensure internal equity
3. Support HR manager to structure & implement local HR policies & procedures on C&B aspects

Labor Relation

1. Keep employee handbook up-to-date according to related laws.
2. Track employee disciplines to be abided well
3. Coordinate labor disputes
4. Maintain good relationship with labor union

Project Management

1. Support HR Manager on C&B related projects
2. Support SSC to roll out global/regional C&B projects in BTRD

Support Labor Cost Control

1. Make reasonable merit increase & bonus proposal to control budget
2. Monitor and analyze monthly Labor cost
3. Track on overtime status, provide related report to line manager for overtime payment control

Your Profile

Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years experiences in C&B functionGood command of English, and skillful in using Excel, PowerPointGood communication and collaboration capabilityMulti-taskerData-sensitive and strictly enforce confidentiality requirements

Context Description&Dimensions

BTRD (legal entity name) includes two sites: BTEC and BARDEC, the job holder is responsible for the C&B function of both two sites. Therefore, the job holder directly reports to HR Manager of BTEC and matrix reports to HR Manager of BARDEC.
The job holder is base in BTEC (working location)
The HC of BTEC: ~434, not including outsourced people
The HC of BARDEC: ~232

The payroll processing is responsible by HR Shared Service Center (HR SSC), the job holder needs to work closely with HR SSC
